The Emotional Intelligence Program (E.Q.P.) is a transformative educational initiative designed to equip students with the social and emotional skills necessary for navigating life’s challenges. The program focuses on developing five core competencies: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. These competencies are taught using a blend of creative arts, music, and interactive activities that engage students emotionally and intellectually.
Structure: The E.Q.P. is flexible and can be structured into 4, 8, or 12-week programs, with each session lasting between 40 to 60 minutes. The program is designed for class sizes ranging from 10 to 25 students and aims to create a safe, collaborative learning environment where students can explore emotional intelligence through art-based projects and experiential learning.
The program is highly customizable to fit the specific needs of schools or organizations and includes all necessary materials and resources. Whether in-person or virtual, the E.Q.P. emphasizes building emotional resilience, improving interpersonal skills, and fostering personal growth through creative expression.
Initial Consultation: Reach out to us to schedule an initial consultation. This can be done via phone, email, or in person. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your vision, project goals, and any specific ideas or themes you have in mind for the artwork or mural.
Project Proposal: Based on our discussion, we’ll prepare a detailed project proposal. This will include an overview of the concept, a timeline, budget estimates, and any additional services like augmented reality enhancements. We’ll work with you to refine the proposal until it perfectly aligns with your needs and preferences.
Design Phase: Once the proposal is approved, our artists will create preliminary sketches or digital mockups of the proposed artwork or mural. This stage allows you to visualize the design and suggest any modifications. We’re committed to ensuring that the final piece reflects your vision and goals.
Approval and Contract: After finalizing the design, we’ll prepare a formal contract outlining the scope of work, delivery timelines, and payment terms. Once you review and sign the contract, we’ll schedule the start date for the project.
Creation: Our team will begin creating your custom artwork or mural. For murals, this may involve site preparation and installation. Throughout this phase, we’ll keep you updated on progress and may request feedback to ensure everything is on track.
Completion and Review: Once the artwork or mural is completed, we’ll arrange a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll address them promptly.
Installation and Delivery: For murals, our team will handle the installation process, ensuring that the artwork is properly affixed and ready to be enjoyed. For other artworks, we’ll arrange for safe delivery and installation as needed.
