To SOAR is to Step Out And Redesign You!
"As a personal transformation expert, empowering women to step into and embrace their discomfort zone is a major component of my work. I believe embracing the energy of discomfort can be a catalyst for personal transformation. I also believe that personal transformation has the potential to activate much needed business, and social change.” – Anita D. Russell
Anita is the Founder/CEO of The Place to SOAR, a social enterprise dedicated to cultivating change through daily growth, personal transformation, and accountability for the purpose of unveiling human potential. Components of the SOAR Coaching System include individual and group coaching, personal and social impact masterminds; an Activism Through Coaching model; and InflexionPoint Podcast, a space for courage, conversation, relationship, and accountability in the journey towards antiracism activation.
Antiracism Incubator: A Transformational Journey Towards Antiracism
An Incubator Cohort Experience to Engage in Conversations about Race
Central Question:
Should we continue to advance or ignore a system that generationally breeds racism and division? Alternatively, what if we seek to impact social change through the art of deep conversation, personal transformation and accountability, and influence?
The antiracism incubator delivers an experience that (a) prepares you for critical self-reflection of your thoughts, beliefs, and ideas about racism; (b) equips you with greater awareness of what emerges in your words, actions, and behaviors as a member of a racialized society; and (c) provides you with a personal transformation strategy towards antiracism activation.
A transformational journey such as this is for those who desire a deeper understanding of themselves, connecting to others, and cultivating change from the inside out under systemic and institutionalized racial and historical inequities. It is appropriate for individuals (particularly those in the White community), organizations, businesses, and intact teams.
Inflexionpoint Podcast exists for the express purpose of highlighting work done by individuals, entrepreneurs, businesses, organizations, educators, and creatives whose antiracism activation work contributes to empowering historical and racial literacy for the purpose of achieving social, health, and economic equity.
